Mental health conditions are one of our nation’s most pressing public health issues.

Depression, anxiety, addiction, and stress impact our quality of life both at home and at work. We are committed mental health and wellness advocates.  We work to promote awareness with business leaders to help them establish positive mental health outcomes. We are excited to offer content on how we can support the mental health and wellness of business leaders through education, reducing stigma, and creating a peer-support community to discuss issues specific to the journey as a business leader. 


This resource was created to help you, as a business leader, better understand the role and value of mental health in your life and for your organization.

You can use this guide to help foster conversations about mental health, wellness, and resiliency with your peers and your teams. The goal of this resource is to help understand and leverage the tactical tools to address challenges related to mental wellbeing for business leaders. Together, we seek to support you and your team to feel safe and empowered.  The website also provides resources to seek support and treatment for mental health conditions. 

The importance of stories from leaders for leaders.

Throughout this resource, you will see a selection of  “Leaders Stories”.  These stories were sourced from business leaders to share their personal experiences with mental and emotional wellbeing and serve as an anchor to those personal experiences. Some unique stressors and tensions come with running an organization.  One leader shared, “My baseline stress is what most people would consider off the charts.”  The financial responsibility of providing for people’s salaries combined with isolation that can come from not being able to share your challenges with your team, board, or investors can make seeking support for your mental and emotional wellbeing particularly challenging.
